Salmon being cooked for the "Tall Ships Festival" held in the Steveston area of Richmond, BC. in Aug. of 2002.  Delicious barbecue salmon was served to a host of visitors from far and near.
Troy Nelson with wife Colleen.  This is a 6.5 ft. White Sturgeon, largest of the 28 caught and tagged within a five hour period.  Troy is the Executive Director of the Fraser River Sturgeon Conservation Society.  Troy and Rick Hansen (Man in Motion) gave a talk regarding tagging and monitoring these prehistoric fish at our January 07, 2003 club meeting.
