Site prep work, construction plans and local permit application expected soon. Concrete building blocks to hold the soil are in place as of Sept. 05 and the pre load will commence shortly. Preload complete & awaiting final soil settle elevations as of end Oct. 05. Permit to construct hopefully will soon be submitted to city hall for approvals.
As of April 2009 talks are underway with a group of investors who are keen to finance our building. Many items must be worked out but there may be a bright light ahead for our club.
